Volunteer Opportunities

Below you will find a list of volunteer roles that we are currently seeking to fill. Could you be the tool that God uses to mold the minds and hearts of the next generation? We think so. All HarrahKids volunteers are required to complete a background check through our provider Secure Search in order to begin serving. Wednesday Nights – 6:50-8:10pm

• HarrahKIDS Coordinator – (1-2) people each week
• Story Team – (2) people each week
• Journal/Craft Team – (2) people each week
• HarrahKids Apprentice – (2) people each week
• A/V Tech – (1) person each week
• Host Team- (2) people each week

Sunday Early Service Worship Care

• Four Seasons 6-12 Months – (2) people each week

Sunday School – 9:30-10:45am

• Starry Night 0-6 Months – (1) person for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd weeks
• Four Seasons 6-12 Months – (1) person for 5th Sundays
• Sea Shack 1s – (1) person for 1st and 3rd weeks
• Cozy Nest 2s – (1) person for 1st and 2nd weeks
• Treasure Island 2s – (2) people for every week of the month (this is a newly forming class)
• Coral Reef 3s – (1) person for 1st and 2nd weeks and (2) people for 3rd, 4th, and 5th weeks
• Ocean’s Deep 4s & 5s – (2) people for 5th week
• Rain Forest Kindergarten Teacher
• Teacher’s Apprentice – Every class has an assistant role
• Host Team – (2) people needed each week to assist guests with checking into classrooms.
• Resource Assistant – (1) person needed each week to help gather materials for weekly craft times

Sunday Worship Care – 10:40am-12:15pm

• Starry Night 0-6 Months – (1) person for 4th and 5th weeks
• Four Seasons 6-12 Months – (1) Teen helper for 5th week
• Sea Shack 1s – (1) person for 4th and 5th weeks
• Cozy Nest 2s – (1) teen helper for 1st, 4th, and 5th weeks
• Treasure Island 2s – (1) person for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd weeks and (1) teen helper for 2nd, 3rd, and 5th weeks
• Coral Reef 3s – (1) person for 1st week, (2) people for 4th and 5th weeks, and (1) teen helper for every week of the month
• Oceans Deep 4s and 5s – (1) person for 2nd and 5th weeks, and (1) teen helper for 5th week
• Rain Forest Kindergarten – (2) people for each week of the month
• Children’s Worship Leader – (1) person for each week of the month
• Children’s Teaching Team Leader – (1) person for each week of the month
• Teacher’s Apprentice – (1) person for each week of the month
• 252 Studio Team – (3) people each week
• Journal/Craft Team Leader – (1) person for each week of the month
• HarrahKids Apprentice for Children’s Worship Time
• A/V Tech – (1) person for each week of the month
